-In case of bad weather conditions, the excursion can be postponed for another possible date (after consultation between the office and the client) and/or changed (e.g. from west side to south side) when strong north winds prevail.

-If and when a cancellation of any nature occurs within seventy-two (72) hours of the predetermined tour start time, the consumer will receive a full refund of the amount given.
-If cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours, before the predetermined time of the excursion, the consumer will get back fifty percent of the total amount given.
-Finally, in case of last minute cancellation, i.e., twenty-four (24) hours before the start time of their excursion, the amount will be retained in full by AQUATTA YACHTS NEPA.
